jobsforus is a limited company and is an Internet advertising site for employers wishing to place an advertisement for new staff. The site also allows candidates the opportunity to place their employment details on the site to be seen by prospective employers.
jobsforus is not an employment agency. We do not charge employers or prospective employees for placing a candidate into a job. We do charge for prospective employers to place their vacancy on our site by way of an advertisement and will commence charging on February 1st 2010; details of charges will be announced nearer the time.
Prospective Employees
jobsforus welcomes prospective employees using the site to seek new opportunities or to place their work details on the site to be seen by potential employers. By using the site you agree to provide clear and honest details of your work history and personal information relating to your application; you consent to the holding of your personal details for the express use of jobsforus and any prospective employers. jobsforus may pass on your details to any prospective employer as long as you are a registered user of the site; we may contact you in the event of a query arising from your application or on behalf of a prospective employer. We will not contact you for any other reason than to assist you in finding suitable employment. If you choose to unsubscribe we will not contact you for any reason thereafter and your details will be erased from the site.
Prospective Employers
jobsforus is designed to provide easy access for employers to find employees. We have segmented our site by job and geography to focus on local job opportunities. By using this site you agree to treat each prospective employee’s details with respect and confidentiality and to use their details solely for the purpose of finding a suitable candidate for your vacancy.
We do not accept any enquiries or subscriptions from recruitment agencies.
As a prospective employer you commit to providing clear and honest details of the job vacancy and your company. It is understood that you have or will have a vacancy as described by you and to which prospective employees can apply; if this vacancy is no longer available you will withdraw it from the site as soon as possible. You are free to keep the details of prospective candidates for future vacancies but cannot pass their details to another employer. Please contact us if you require assistance.
General notes
We rely on both the prospective employee and the employer to provide honest and accurate information at all times. jobsforus is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading information provided by either party. Any such instance will result in the removal of that information and the cancellation of the subscription.
Any use of defamatory language will not be allowed on this site.
jobsforus Limited is protected by copyright and any use of our information by a third party for the purpose of recruitment is not permitted.
jobsforus is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by either the prospective employee or employer; We will however do everything possible to maintain the site’s integrity by regular monitoring.
Our terms of business will be that advertisers will pay for an advertisement to appear for 28 days; you will be contacted by us 5 days and 3 days before its expiry requesting a renewal via email. If you do not reply the advertisement will be cancelled after 28 days. We will keep a record of the advertisement for future use if required.
Once a prospective candidate has unsubscribed for jobsforus we will erase any records held by us; however prospective employers who have previously downloaded your details may contact you at a later date. jobsforus is not liable or responsible for any such contact.
